A 20mm sightline is about as little frame as a sliding door can honestly carry. Stand inside a MAQ20 opening and what you notice is the garden, the pool, the skyline — not the door that frames them.
It is our most specified system in Dubai villas, and the one we build most often. Panels run on stainless steel rollers in a flush floor track, so the threshold sits level with the finished floor and nothing interrupts the line between inside and out.
A 20mm sightline where most slim systems sit at 25 to 35. At a distance the meeting stile reads as a pencil line.
Up to 500kg per leaf on stainless rollers, and it still slides with a fingertip. Weight is carried by the track, not by you.
The track is recessed into the slab so the finished floor runs straight through the opening.
